3. Home phone, Mobile phone, email & web address (supply all)
4.Style of act (see index on left)
5. Biography
6. Song list if applicable Must be in .doc format
7. Photo or Group photo suitable for web (good quality) at least 1500km in .jpeg format
8. Demo CD or DVD and if possible Demo MP3(under 1500kb) in MP3 format or video for web page ( 1 min only under 2mg) in WMV format We do not have time to change your file sizes so please make sure under size required or will not be submitted. we do not send clients to my space or you tube. NO CONTACT NAMES OR ADDRESSES. This goes with all your quotes.
